ENVIRONMENTAL DUE DILIGENCE

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

All Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) that Greenbrier Environmental Group, Inc. completes are done by a qualified Environmental Professional and in accordance with the ASTM E1527-21 standard.  Phase I ESAs are critical part of obtaining CERCLA’s innocent land owner defense.

Phase I ESA reports provided by Greenbrier Environmental Group, Inc. provide a summary of documentation and records reviewed and lists all Recognized Environmental Conditions at the site.

Phase II Environmental Site Assessments

Recognized Environmental Conditions are investigated during the Phase II ESA.  The purpose of the Phase II ESA is to determine the presence or absence of petroleum products or hazardous substances at a site.

Limited Environmental Reviews

If liability protection is not needed, Greenbrier Environmental Group, Inc. can complete less comprehensive environmental due diligence that meets the needs and goals of each client.
